While exploring an area south of Dublin, we spent some time in Dalkey (Sasha later returned with John to see more). Walking to the train station at the end of the day, we passed by this lovely restaurant.

Having previously had guinea pigs as pets, Sasha immediately was excited when she saw this sign. Then we realized that it was a seafood restaurant. Being also laboratory animals, guinea pigs have other connotations associated with them. Not sure the Owners were thinking about that when they named this restaurant.

We are pretty adventurous, but weren’t ready to become guinea pigs at a fish restaurant. That’s like asking the ether of the universe for trouble.
