Lost in Translation: Irish Road Sign

Whoa!

This is a standard sign for residential areas that means “children crossing”.

I see a boy with unnaturally over-sized forearms playing football (soccer) and head-punting a Volkswagen Rabbit to a teammate.

Others may see “100 points for the pedestrian

or “Where we’re going, we don’t need roads

What do you see?

PS – signs in Ireland are more detailed than those in the US. That driver is wearing his seatbelt while dealing with a blowout, trying to avoid a child, and flying through the air.
